The BellHop Reserve system is compliant with PCI standards. and uses the following methods to ensure compliance:

All restricted data, (card security codes) are never stored in our system
Credit cards are encrypted three times and stored in multiple server locations.
Private information is deleted within 72 hours of the departure date.
All servers are scanned by up to date virus scanner to ensure the highest protection from viruses
Passwords are required to log in to our software
IP addresses and secure keys are issued only to computers that are viewing personal data.
